All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
